The Ritzy Ranch is a modern luxury cabin tucked away in the piney woods of the Pine Hill development near Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. If you’re looking for a secluded, private spot that is close to the amenities of Hochatown, look no further than The Ritzy Ranch. This 2,000 sq ft, 2- story open floor plan cabin is perfect for your family and friends to get away to nature and make wonderful memories!
The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living area features a beautifully designed gas-log fireplace next to a full wall of windows. The chef of the family will be able to prepare delicious meals in the fully-stocked kitchen while visiting with friends and family in the adjacent living area. There is also plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy a meal together at the large dining table with extra seating at the kitchen bar.
In addition to human guests, The Ritzy Ranch is pet-friendly for (up to 2) furry friends up to 25 pounds (for an additional fee). We provide dog bowls and a crate to help make packing easier for these important members of your family!
After a day of fun on Broken Bow Lake and hiking in Beavers Bend State Park, you can relax on the spacious deck with both covered and open areas. This beautiful deck includes a large, 6 person hot tub, an outside gas-log fireplace, and outside dining! After an evening on the deck, you can retire to one of 3 King bedrooms downstairs, each with its own en-suite bath and spacious shower. An additional full bath with a tub/shower combination is also available downstairs, which is ideal for the kids. Upstairs in the game room loft, you'll find twin bunk beds to sleep 6. It you're not quite ready to settle in, you can enjoy a game of pool or foosball in the loft. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on the side deck which is the perfect place to watch the sunrise ahead of another enjoyable day!
The Ritzy Ranch offers entertainment options for kids and adults both indoors and outdoors. Indoors entertainment includes 5 smart TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+ (includes live TV, sports, etc.) free of charge for our guests, fiber optic wifi, pool table, foosball, books, and tons of board game. Outdoors you can challenge your friends and family to a game of corn hole or horseshoes while watching the younger kids enjoy the outdoor playset!
Don't forget gathering around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and hot dogs! Afterwards, recalibrate while gazing at the stars in the night sky. We offer complimentary firewood year-round for our guests as an added amenity (don’t forget the marshmallows!). Because the cabin sits at the end of the lane, you won't need to worry about folks driving past this cabin.

PERFECTION!
The Ritzy Ranch was everything we were expecting and more. Our party consisted of 4 adults, two young kiddos and two pups. There was something for everyone and it was in these extras that made this cabin above our expectations. For example, there were children forks and plates, a mat for the dog water, nightlights in every room, a gate for the stairs, and every a large crockpot. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. One of the bed were low which was perfect for my 4 year old son who still sleeps like a crazy animal. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. They let us move our trip back two months and was very understanding. I couldn’t say enough nice things about our experience. Very happy and lots of great memories created at the Ritzy Ranch!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT CABIN
This was our 6th stay in Broken Bow and this is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. We stayed 7 days and we had the best time. The layout is absolutely perfect. The property manager stayed in contact with us so well and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will most definitely come to this cabin again!

PERFECT GETAWAY
We had the best time this last weekend at the Ritzy Ranch! The cabin was equipped with anything and everything we needed for our stay! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the playscape and roasting s’mores on the campfire! The full kitchen and large living space gave us plenty of opportunity to entertain ourselves during meals we prepared! The hot tub was relaxing after long hikes with the kiddos! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean! Overall the stay was great! We will definitely want to return! As far as the communication with the owners…FANTASTIC! Our 6yr old daughter discovered the night we got back home that she left her Lovie (what she calls Bun Bun) at the cabin! I sent Ashley a message and she quickly responded and was on the case! With many back and forth messages she was very helpful! She located Bun Bun and we made an easy recovery! This may seem like no big deal to some but I know a 6 yr old little girl who is forever grateful! ❤️

Framily vacay!
We had an amazing and relaxing time with our friends! The cabin was close to everything but seemed very private and secluded being off the road. We loved the firepit area!

BEAUTIFUL CABIN!
Our family celebrated an early Christmas at the Ritzy Ranch and loved our stay! The cabin was new and beautiful from head to toe and had everything we needed. It even had a beautifully decorated flocked Christmas tree! What a surprise! The kids loved the fire pit for their s’mores and the jacuzzi was clean, hot and ready to go! Bedrooms were a perfect size and the game room and bunk beds were perfect for the kids! We would definitely recommend the Ritzy Ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful fun cabin with a secluded location. We will be back! :)

WONDERFUL SECLUDED LOCATION
We had a wonderful trip to Broken Bow with the family! Cabin was great for our three kids with so many things to do: pool table, foosball, board games, playground, corn hike and horse shoes! The area was beautiful and the cabin was very cozy! We loved everything about it and hope to come back soon! There is also a ton to do around the area! Beavers Bens state park I absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time there!

EVERYTHING A FAMILY NEEDS
THANKSGIVING WITH FAMILY AND FURBABIES AT THE RITZY RANCH…..
My family (6 adults, 4 grandkids & the furbabies) enjoyed our Thanksgiving at the lovely cabin in the woods. Ryan is a perfect host . Communication from the request to rent to the end of our stay could not have been better. We were well informed about everything. The cabin has everything a family needs for enjoying meals and time together. The grandkids loved the playground, game/bunk room and the hot tub. The furbabies enjoyed running around the property and watching the deer run by. The large porch is so nice for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The fire pit is nice and comfortable for sitting around and visiting. It rained while we were there. A small stream rain along the property made for a wonderful afternoon of cork boat racing for the grandkids . CHECK IT OUT…. it won’t disappoint.

PERFECT GETAWAY
Ritzy Ranch was the perfect getaway. There was plenty of room for our group — three couples. Each couple had their own master suite, and the living, dining, kitchen, and game areas were great for gathering and never felt crowded.
The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The location was ideal — close to all of the outdoor activities and local shops/dining, but also tucked away at the end of a street. Once you get onto the private driveway you feel quite secluded. Communication with Ashley & Ryan was easy and fast. Check-in and check-out were also easy.
We all enjoyed our time at the Ritzy Ranch and will definitely be back in the future.

WONDERFUL SECLUDED LOCATION
A perfect experience & lovely cabin. Wonderful location, with lots of trees providing seclusion from other properties and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Three deer were just chilling nearby when we arrived, honestly the perfect welcome. The cabin was immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed- lots of towels, cozy blankets, and board games! The triple bunk beds were a big hit with a 4 year old (and also a 35 year old). Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and easy check-in.

Clean, Perfect Getaway
We LOVED our mini vacation and what made our entire trip so enjoyable was the AMAZING cabin. The kids loved it so much they wanted us to build a house just like it. I am a methodical packer and almost always packs something that someone else missed or forgot and I found myself saying “Gosh I overpacked!” The cabin had everything (and then some) that we needed. It was EXACTLY like the pictures: big, beautiful and sooooo clean.

Great secluded cabin
This cabin was wonderful! Many cabins are right on the road but this one is tucked back and gives you a lot of privacy. The kids loved the private playground and bunk room! Would definitely stay again!

Family getaway.
The Ritzy Ranch was perfect for our family getaway! Adorable house! Clean. Great location. Offered lots to do for the family. We will book this house again in the future.
We absolutely loved the Hochatown/Broken Bow area!
The lake was beautiful. The pines and forest were amazing. Such a surprise as we truly didn’t feel like we were in Oklahoma! This was our first visit to SE Oklahoma and we’ve lived in central Oklahoma for 40 years. It’s a must for everyone to visit this area!

This is high on our favorites list. Will be back. PERFECT location, minutes from Hochatown yet so secluded at the end of the road. Beautiful is an understatement. Clean!! Has so much to offer from playground, big hot tub, horseshoe, cornhole, pool table, high quality furniture. Absolutely one of my favorites!!

Trout fishing weekend… A great escape during the pandemic!!
We absolutely loved the ritzy ranch… It was perfect for our Labradoodle Tilly, and kids… And adults alike! Love the location… Love the house… Everything was perfect one highly recommend and we will be back!!
